Domain Keys Improve Email Deliverability!
This is Postman Pat.

If you want to improve your email deliverability you’ve just come to the right place, let’s talk about Domain Keys:
‘Domain Keys’ are a great tool against email forgery. Domain Keys help verify that your email message is really is coming from the person who claims to be sending it, and that it hasn’t been altered during the sending process.
‘Domain Keys’ add a digital signature to your email. The receiving mail server verifies this signature against a central system to validate authenticity.
Why do you need Great Email Deliverability?
Keeping this real simple, if you have a list of 100K people on your database, and because of poor email deliverability you can only EVER reach 70K. You are losing money, reach and influence from people that are ACTUALLY ON YOUR LIST!
Even so you will not be able to reach them. If you made on average $12.50 from every email you send, not confirming your identity could have lost you $375,000! Remember, the AVERAGE ROI on email marketing is $42.

Setting Up DKIM for Email Deliverability
Before you get started.
1. Capture the username (or account ID) on the domain you want to set-up DomainKeys / DKIM on
2. DomainKeys / DKIM only works if the from/ sender address set on the messages uses the domain that DomainKeys / DKIM is configured on.
3. DomainKeys / DKIM can be configured on multiple from/ sender addresses
The full process goes as follows:
– Provide the Account ID and the domain to be used as the ‘from’ address for the emails. DomainKeys / DKIM only works on a ‘from’ address.
– Generate the necessary private/public key and configure your mail servers
– Modify the DNS record for the domain and set up a DKIM record with the public key we provide.
– Activate the configuration and the setup is complete.
